At High-End Realty and Property Management, we use ShowMojo Lockboxes to create a secure and efficient showing experience. As a result, renters and buyers can view properties more easily while owners receive added protection.
Secure ID Verification
Before accessing a property, prospective viewers complete a secure ID verification process and questionnaire. This step helps ensure that only authorized individuals can schedule and attend showings.
For some properties, additional verification may be required. For example, a credit card may be requested for verification only, and it will not be charged.
Easy Scheduling with Automated Confirmations
Scheduling a property showing is quick and user-friendly. You can choose a time directly from the online calendar, and then you will receive a confirmation by email or text message.
In addition, ShowMojo sends reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before the appointment. If you do not confirm the showing, it may be cancelled so another interested viewer can book that time.
Accessing the Property
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive instructions for accessing the property. When you arrive, your phone connects by Bluetooth to the ShowMojo lockbox and provides a temporary access code.
Because the code is only active for a short time, the property remains secure. If you have questions or run into any issues, our team is here to help.
